I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and fresh, and I loved the excellent double Jacuzzi bath. However, I wished there was a bit more space for a sofa. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to assist us in every request we made. The location was perfect, close to everything and near the old centre. The dining experience offered traditional regional homemade products. Overall, a great value for money!

The hotel is conveniently located near the north of Krakow Center, making it easy to access the train station and the main square. I enjoyed my stay as everything was within reach, and I look forward to revisiting this place. The rooms were spotless, with a modest-sized hot tub and a separate bathroom from the bedroom, which added a nice touch to the experience. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist us, even arranging cabs and fulfilling every request promptly. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall stay. However, the dining options were limited to just crisps, which was a downside. Despite this, the value for money was reasonable considering the excellent service and location.
